Everything is Everything
It's the only movie we've got, thus far! You can
get it on a fancy DVD here or here and it's packed with fun features
and loads of laughs. If you can watch this movie and not become
aroused or slightly delighted, then you are probably not paying
attention. Or you're impotent. Or Catholic.
It's a mockumentary, so it's just like a documentary, only it's fake
and has a humorous slant to it.
Be nice and check it out.

About Our Films
Studio 8’s
biggest project to date is the production of “Everything is Everything.” After
filming sketch comedy for years, the idea of making a real 90-minute movie was
always in the back of our minds. But in one quick week in May 2003, the decision
was made that the following summer would be spent making it happen. Once every
Studio 8 member confirmed their dedication, the film was written and planned in
a
little over one week. We began shooting July 5th and worked until the
middle of August. Another month was spent editing, and in October, we debuted our
film to a crowd of nearly 500 people in the Varsity Theatre in Baton Rouge.
Although our
first film effort didn’t make it into a single large-scale film festival, it did
garner two awards at LSU’s Outhouse Film Festival and was sold on FirstLookRentals.com, a Netflix copycat that specialized in independent films.
After just a month, however, First Look Rentals went out of business, and despite
plenty of press, the buzz on our movie was gone.
In March
2004, we began applying for work in Louisiana’s budding film industry. 10 big
budget films, 9 reality shows, lots of network movies, and several commercials later, we now
have an incredible amount of knowledge, skill, and contacts to apply to our next film.
And we’ve been writing. To date, Studio 8 members have penned 3 feature-length
scripts and loads of shorts, and are ready to make the next step – finding the
funding to make a bigger and better movie.
